Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen events can occur and we want to offer some flexibility. However, we ask that you respect our cancellation policy in order to ensure optimal management of our workshops and to respect other participants. Free cancellation: You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the workshop date. To do so, please contact us by email: mochi@therapie.luxe or via our booking platform. Late cancellation (less than 24 hours before the workshop): Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the workshop date will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be made. Absence without cancellation: In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the entire amount paid will be considered non-refundable. Cancellation by the organizer: If we are forced to cancel a workshop for reasons beyond our control (staffing problems, exceptional weather conditions, etc.), you will be fully refunded or we will offer to reschedule the workshop on another date of the speaker's choice.
